Installation of these outrigger supports will allow bolt-on pontoon bunk support
brackets to be adjusted from 77” to 95” on tube center to accommodate over-wide
pontoon boats.

NOTICE: Because this kit allows the bunk brackets to be adjusted outward so that the
trailer’s overall width is greater than 102 inches, you may need a wide-load permit for
highway transport. Check local and state laws for details.

Caution: The installation of this Outrigger Kit also reduces the stated carrying
capacity of the trailer by 75 Ibs. DO NOT overload the trailer.

Start assembly by opening the box and bag and sorting parts by size and quantity.

Start by marking the location of each bunk bracket.

Remove the hex nuts, lock washers, and flat washers from each square U-bolt and place the
bunk bracket out of the way. You will need to keep the removed hardware as it will be re-used
later.

Place an outrigger support over the U-bolt and secure with locknuts included in the kit. Make
sure that these are in the same location as the bracket removed. Tighten securely.

Place the bunk bracket on top of the outrigger and insert carriage bolts from the bottom up.
Secure using the flat washers, lock washers, and hex nuts that were previously removed. Do
not tighten at this time.

Repeat the process with the remaining outriggers securing as you go and attaching bunk
brackets. With all in place slide the bunk brackets to the proper distance from the center of the
trailer and secure in place.

Mount the bunks to the bunk brackets using the lag bolts included with the trailer.

Align your pontoon boat with the trailer and make any necessary adjustments.

Secure all hardware.

Load your pontoon boat and enjoy.
