DESCRIPTION:
For a No Crank, No Start condition where the OBC (On Board Charger) is Not Responding in VIDA
(OBC_Not_Responding.JPG), and there are no related DTCs, follow procedure under SERVICE.
SERVICE:
Remove and insert Fuse 11 in engine junction box 15/49 (TJ-31400_pic_1.jpg).
Confirm that the OBC is now communicating and the vehicle starts.
Work is ongoing to develop a permanent software solution.
