ALL SDD USERS MUST INSTALL THESE UPDATES
Updates consist of SDD Software Updates (Patches/DVDs) and Calibration File releases.
The number after the DVD reference in the header indicates the software update level - 00, 01, 02 etc.
The Calibration File version indicates the current release of the vehicle calibration file databases.

Current Installed Software levels can be checked via Settings – System information.
•
Updates can be triggered via Settings – System Utilities
For further information on keeping your software updated please refer to the information on Topix.

in the header; please ensure that all users of the SDD diagnostic platform are made aware of its content.

Jaguar Land Rover Service Diagnostics are pleased to introduce the global release of SDD and TOPIx
systems integration.
SDD now incorporates direct access from within the diagnostic tool environment to
published materials on TOPIx. Quick access links have been added to the top of the SDD screen to
allow direct access to vehicle specific content within TOPIx such as Work Shop Manual, Electrical
Wiring Diagrams, Electrical Reference Library and Bulletins, SSM's. The links allow you to seamlessly
switch between the SDD diagnostic function and TOPIx service literature.
There will be a mandatory requirement to login every 12 hours or every 4 hours if the Panasonic Toughbook
is idle using their TOPIx user ID and Password.
This functionality will now be available from within the SDD session once the VIN entry has been
performed.

on TOPIx in the “Diagnostics” section.

Er komt een verplichting om zich elke 12 uur aan te melden met het TOPIx gebruikers-ID en wachtwoord,
of elke 4 uur als de Panasonic Toughbook niet actief is.
Deze functie nu beschikbaar vanuit de SDD-sessie nadat het VIN is ingevoerd.

Les mises à jour concernent la version du logiciel du système SDD (fichiers correctifs/DVD) et des
fichiers d’étalonnage.
Les numéros qui suivent la référence du DVD en en-tête indiquent le niveau de mise à jour du logiciel – 00,
01, 02 etc.
La version du Fichier d’étalonnage reflète la version actuelle des bases de données du fichier
d’étalonnage du véhicule.

Jaguar Land Rover Service Diagnostics est heureux d'annoncer l'intégration globale des systèmes
SDD et TOPIx.
Le SDD permet désormais d'accéder directement aux documents publiés dans TOPIx depuis
l'environnement de l'outil de diagnostic. Des liens d'accès rapide ont été ajoutés dans la partie
supérieure de l'écran du SDD afin d'accéder directement au contenu spécifique à un véhicule dans
TOPIx, comme le manuel d'atelier, les schémas électriques, les bulletins et la bibliothèque de
références électriques ainsi que les messages de service spécial (SSM). Ces liens permettent de
passer instantanément de la fonction de diagnostic du SDD à la documentation de service de TOPIx.
L'utilisateur devra impérativement se connecter au moyen de son ID utilisateur et de son mot de passe
TOPIx toutes les 12 heures ou toutes les 4 heures si le Panasonic Toughbook est inactif.
Cette fonctionnalité sera désormais disponible dans la session SDD après saisie du VIN.

Ab sofort ist es möglich, innerhalb des Diagnosesystems von SDD direkt auf veröffentlichte TOPIxInhalte zuzugreifen. Auf dem SDD-Bildschirm gibt es nun Links für einen schnellen, direkten Zugriff
auf fahrzeugspezifische TOPIx-Inhalte wie Werkstatthandbücher, Schaltpläne, das Elektrohandbuch
(ERL), Serviceinformationen und SSMs. Mit den Links kann man problemlos zwischen der SDDDiagnosefunktion und der TOPIx-Literatur hin- und herschalten.
Es ist erforderlich, sich alle 12 Stunden oder alle 4 Stunden, falls das Panasonic-Toughbook nicht aktiv ist,
mit dem TOPIx-Benutzernamen und -Passwort anzumelden.
Diese Funktion ist nun innerhalb der SDD-Sitzung verfügbar, sobald die VIN-Eingabe durchgeführt
wurde.
