Complaint:
Folding mechanism of front seat backrest sticks or is stiff
Cause:
Release hook sticks or has excessive resistance.
Remedy:
Proceed as follows for the affected vehicles produced up to 22nd January 2007:
1. Remove seat
2. Remove backrest cushion
3. Replace backrest frame
4. Reinstall in the reverse order
Note: Grease the pawl with multipurpose grease A 002 989 07 51
