Reason for block

Complaint:
The following complaints can occur sporadically depending on the weather situation:
- Poor GPS/SAT reception or none at all.
- Faulty location finding (vehicle location does not match position displayed in navigation system}.
-With SOARS (code 517, 536) the display shows "No Service".

Cause:
Electrical oscillation of the antenna can occur as a resulting of the following:
1. Loose antenna threaded connection
2. Unfavorable line routing or damaged connection line
3. Feedback due to unconnected telephone line in vehicles without comfort telephony (code 386), stationary heater
(code 228) or mBrace (code 359)

Remedy:
Replace antenna (A28/11}. (A2/49}. When doing so, it is important to observe the specified torque.
