Software release of Rear Seat Entertainment Control Unit (A26/18).
Remedy :

Install new software for Rear Seat Entertainment Control Unit (A26/18) using XENTRY to E12.2 or higher.

The software is available as of Regio DVD 01/2014 and add-on 3406.

Note:

Do not remove/install/replace any units!
