Reason for block
Complaint:

Wind deflector net loose.
Cause:

1. Profile rail (2) in PU channel in trim (1) may be incorrectly installed (automatically ribbed by the supplier since

01/12).

2. PU channel in trim (1), gap too large.

2. PU channel in trim (1), material can expand in the heat, the gap becomes larger and the profile rail (2) can loosen

due to the tension of the net.

3. The profile rail (2) may have "barbs" on one side only (should be on both sides).
Remedy:

Do not replace the wind deflector with net (3), but insert the profile rail (2) into the PU channel (1) by gluing the profile

rail (2) on the left and right outside.

Use commercially available instant adhesive Loctite 495.
