The multi Information display (MID) and navigation system support for diagnostics, parts authorization, and
parts exchange require contacting the proper source. Please contact the appropriate source by referring to the
following tables.
• DENSO Navigation Help Desk at 888-285-4236 from 7am-5pm Pacific Standard Time.
- Part authorization for DENSO parts is required prior to exchange.
• United Radio - refer to Dealer Assistance Group's "Exchange Central" on MX Connect.
- Part authorization for United Radio parts is NOT required prior to exchange.
