Stop Delivery Order: Engine Control Module Software, Model X 166 2015
DAG has determined that the engine control module software may not meet current specifications in some Model Year
2015 GL 450 vehicles and a stop delivery order has been issued for the identified vehicles. The affected vehicles that are
dealer inventory, or may be arriving at your dealerships, must be held and not delivered to customers, dealer traded, or
used for loaner or demonstration purposes until further instructions are provided.

2015 NGA for additional information.
Parts Inventory Management - In Dealership Consulting Program
In support of the new Order/Return Policy, SmartCo Services LLC has been selected to conduct the one-day in
dealership training. The training will introduce dealership management to the latest trends and techniques in
managing parts inventories as well as focus on operational improvements in the areas of system settings, special
order parts, lost sales tracking, service level performance, inventory turnover and stock order utilization.
Please refer to the Parts Inventory Management - In Dealership Consulting Program NGA dated August 1" for
program details.
Stock Order Percentage Report
In addition to the monthly and 3-month weighted averages, the VOR ratio report has been modified to show quarterly
percentages. The changes have been applied to both versions of the Paragon system.
