Terminating wire in Driver’s Side Front Compartment

It has come to our attention that inside the front driver’s side electrical box there is a wire that needs to be terminated.
We are asking that you take your unit to one of our dealers or a service center of your choice to have this repair
completed. We have enclosed the part needed and the instructions for the repair.

Purpose: To provide instructions for terminating wire in driver’s front box of 2014 Bus.
TOOLS NEEDED:
1- Pair of Wire strippers
PARTS NEEDED:
1- TRML BUTT INSUL 10 TO 12 AWG PT# = 15932
1- Black Electrical Tape
Procedure:
1) Inside the front Driver’s side electrical box there is a red wire imprinted DH8 attached
to a white wire labeled T364. These wires will enter the electrical box from the top right
side.

2) Using a pair of wire strippers cut both wires as seen below.

3) Using a pair of wire strippers strip the last inch of the red wire.

4) Attach a TRML BUTT INSUL 10 TO 12 AWG PT# = 15932, to the end of the wire. Be
sure to crimp both ends of the butt clamp. This will prevent someone from accidentally
using this wire.

5) The white wire is a ground that is not needed so it will not require any other
modifications.
6) Roll the wires up and using black electrical tape, secure them together.
