Dear Tiffin Customer/Dealer
Tiffin Motorhomes has found that 2014 Allegro Buses equipped with the Mobileye feature have a defect in the
high/low beam sensor. Due to the absence of a pull-up resistor, the Mobileye sees a defeat signal as soon as it
commands the high beams on, and then immediately commands them off. The headlights will then repeat
this cycle every 10 seconds depending on what the system sees while traveling. We ask that you take your
coach to one of our dealers or a reputable service center to have a resister installed. Please do not attempt to
repair this yourself. We are allowing 45 minutes for the fix to be completed. We have enclosed the
instructions that your service center will need for this repair. Please take this letter, the instructions and the
completion form with you to your dealer or service center. The completion form needs to be filled out by the
service center and returned with their invoice for payment.
We are aware that the Mobileye feature is an option on 2014 Allegro Buses, so not everyone will need to have
this repair completed. If you do not have the Mobileye feature on your motorhome, please call us at 256-3568661 xt 2176, email [email protected] or return this letter with a note saying that this
feature is not on your motorhome.
We regret any inconvenience this action may cause, but feel certain you understand our interest in motor
vehicle safety.
