Dear Monaco RV Customer,
Monaco RV has decided to perform an authorized field
change campaign on certain 2013 Holiday Rambler
Ambassador, Endeavor, and Monaco Diplomat, & Knight
motorhomes built 02/14/2012 thru 04/04/2012 with
INTERNATIONAL® MaxxForce® 10 engines.
REASON FOR THIS CAMPAIGN
The EPA label on the engine in your vehicle may be
missing the EPA emissions compliance information or may
list the incorrect model year.
DESCRIPTION OF REPAIR
The repair will involve the installation of a new engine EPA
label containing the correct information for the engine in
your vehicle. Contact your INTERNATIONAL® dealer so
they can order the new label unique to the engine in your
vehicle and to arrange an appointment to have the label
replaced. INTERNATIONAL® dealers have the
instructions to repair your vehicle. The repair will be
performed free of charge within the warranty period or one
year from the date of this letter, whichever comes later and
take approximately 40 minutes to complete.
ACTIONS YOU SHOULD TAKE
Monaco RV’s records indicate that you own a vehicle
involved in this campaign.
If you own this vehicle, please schedule an
appointment with any INTERNATIONAL® dealer to
have your vehicle repaired. You can find your nearest
dealer by calling 1-800-448-7825 or by using the
dealer locator at http://www.internationaltrucks.com.
If you are the lessor of this vehicle, please forward a
copy of this notice to the lessee as soon as possible.
If you do not own this vehicle, please contact
Monaco RV at 1-800-685-6545 so that you will not be
contacted again about this campaign.
