OBJECTIVE/SUBJECT:
Install bussman box covers.
PROCEDURE:
1. Turn the main battery disconnect switch to the “OFF” position.
2. Open the rear engine access door.
3. Locate the bussman box unit.

4. Remove the four bolts securing the Bussman box and replace them with the four supplied
¼-20 x 1.0 inch long bolts (NF PN 10B04016). Discard the nuts and replace them with the
supplied aluminum stand offs (NF PN 6405753) (refer to Figure 2).

5. Trim the cover (NF PN 6405752) as shown in Figure 3 to clear the high voltage cables.

6. Place the trimmed bussman cover (NF PN 6405752) on the top of the stand offs and secure
with the four supplied ¼-20 x ¾ inch long bolts (NF PN 10B04012) and ¼ inch flat washers
(NF PN 10W04000) as shown in Figure 4.

7. Remove all tools and debris and return bus to service condition.
8. Turn the main battery disconnect switch to the “ON” position.
