Notes: (TIB numbers use six digits and SIR campaign numbers use five, eg: 43-025, 43-25)
• Previous TIB campaign 43-019 to replace pre-production DPF/SCR box covers expired on 12/31/11 and
current TIB campaign 43-025 extends the deadline to 06/30/12.
- Campaign 43-019 included no-charge parts but claim payment for markup and labor.
- Campaign code 43-19 will remain in SIR and 43-19 Quick Claims will apply for chassis if no-charge parts
orders were placed by 12/31/11.
- Campaign 43-025 includes claim payment for parts costs, markup and labor.
- Campaign code 43-25 will replace code 43-19 in SIR for chassis where 43-19 was not yet performed
and no-charge parts were not ordered by 12/31/11.
• Related 2010 Retrofit TIB campaigns 43-018, 43-020 and 42-047 expired on 12/31/11 and these campaign
deadlines will not be extended. Standard warranty time and mileage considerations apply to those expired
campaigns.

1,694 C500, T300, T400, T800 and W900 model chassis built between 02/09/10 – 01/13/11 with preproduction DPF/SCR box covers. See the attached dealer-customer-chassis list.

Action
See the attached chassis list for your dealer code and coordinate the retrofit with your customer(s) if their
chassis is on the list. Note that customer letters were mailed in October 2011 with reference to campaign 4319 and an expiration date of 12/31/11. Customers have not received notice of updated campaign number 4325 nor extended expiration date 06/30/12.
Review the DWC or SIR online systems for “P” (indicating repair has already been “Performed”) next to the
“43-25” campaign code prior to performing this repair.

Warranty
For retrofits completed within Basic Vehicle Warranty or by 06/30/12, whichever is greater, Kenworth will pay
parts at dealer net, plus applicable mark-up, and 0.5 hours labor. Use the appropriate claim, described below:
Quick Claim 43-25A, includes part number M22-1022 (take-off M22-1000)
Quick Claim 43-25B, includes part number M22-1023 (take-off M22-1001)
Quick Claim 43-25C, includes part number M22-1024 (take-off M22-1002)
