I own a 2020 Jaguar E-PACE (VIN: [XXXX]). At around 84,000 miles, the vehicle experienced a complete transmission failure that requires over $20,000 in repairs. This failure occurred despite multiple prior visits to the dealership for coolant-related warnings and repairs. The vehicle is less than 5 years old. I believe this may be a manufacturing defect affecting the powertrain or cooling system. The failure poses serious safety concerns, especially considering the sudden loss of power on the road.
