TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2010 DODGE GRAND CARAVAN. WHEN THE CONTACT ATTEMPTED TO START THE VEHICLE, IT FAILED TO START. THE CONTACT RECEIVED NOTIFICATION OF NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 14V373000 (AIR BAGS, ELECTRICAL SYSTEM). THE PART NEEDED FOR THE REPAIR WAS NOT AVAILABLE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE MANUFACTURER EXCEEDED A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME FOR THE RECALL REPAIR. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 89,000. PARTS DISTRIBUTION DISCONNECT.
