Summary of Complaint
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2012 FORD FOCUS. WHEN ATTEMPTING TO SHUT THE DRIVER SIDE FRONT AND REAR DOORS, BOTH DOORS FAILED TO CLOSE AND LOCK IN PLACE. THE FAILURE CAUSED THE DOORS TO EASILY OPEN WHEN THE CONTACT MADE A LEFT TURN IN THE VEHICLE. THE CONTACT TOOK THE VEHICLE TO THE DEALER WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE DOOR LATCHES FAILED AND NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 115,000.
