Summary of Complaint
ENGINE SPUTTERS AND STALLS AFTER FILLING TANK. THIS OCCURS A FEW MINUTES INTO DRIVING IMMEDIATELY AFTER THE TANK IS FILLED. THE CAR SPUTTERS AND STALLS, AND THE STEERING WHEEL LOCKS UP, WHILE THE CAR IS IN MOTION, WHICH IS EXTREMELY DANGEROUS. THIS HAS HAPPENED THREE TIMES NOW.
