Summary of Complaint
HAD THE ELECTRIC POWER STEERING MODULE FAIL. HAD THE CAR FIXED. CALLED PONTIAC TO INQUIRE ABOUT THE RECALLS ISSUED EARLIER IN 2014 PERTAINING TO OTHER 2008 PONTIAC G6S RECALLED FOR THIS PROBLEM AND WAS TOLD THAT MY CAR WAS NOT INCLUDED IN THE RECALL. CARS PRODUCED BEFORE AND AFTER OURS WERE INCLUDED IN THE RECALL, BUT NOT OURS. MADE PONTIAC AWARE OF THE SITUATION AND WAS GIVEN A CASE NUMBER OF 71-1341653151. NOT SURE WAS TO WHY OUR PARTICULAR VEHICLE WAS NOT INCLUDED IN THE RECALL. ANY HELP THAT COULD BE PROVIDED WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED. THANK YOU. *TR
