Summary of Complaint
I TOOK MY NEW 2013 NISSAN
VERSA BACK FOR THE NEW BRAKES SHOES AS DIRECTED BY MY DEALER. I AM TOLD THEY REPLACED THE BACK BRAKE PADS AND HAD TO TURN THE ROTORS. I HAVE NEVER HAD A NEW CAR WITH THIS KIND OF ISSUE. THE MAN WHO TALKED TO ME TALKED ABOUT DUST AND RUST AS POSSIBLE REASONS OR EVEN SETTING A CAR UP & NOT USING IT...MY CAR IS ALWAYS PARKED INSIDE AND AN 8 MONTH OLD CAR WITH NINE THOUSANDS MILES PLUS HARDLY "SETS UP." I WANT TO CARRY MY GRANDCHILDREN IN THIS CAR & NOW FEAR THERE IS A DEFECT IN THE BRAKING SYSTEM. THE SQUEALING CRUNCHING SOUND THE CAR WAS MAKING IS GONE. *TR
