THE CROTCH LATCHING SYSTEM REPEATEDLY STICKS. TODAY WHILE TRYING TO GET MY CHILD OUT I WAS UNABLE TO FREE THE LATCH AND SHE WAS STUCK IN THE CHAIR FOR SOME TIME BEFORE I COULD FIND SOMEONE TO HELP ME. THIS IS A HUGE SAFETY ISSUE. *TR
