Summary of Complaint
MY DAUGHTER JUST STARTED KINDERGARTEN THIS YEARON MONDAY AUGUST 25, 2003. THE FIRST DAY OF CLASS SHE WAS TO RIDE THE SCHOOL BUS HOME WITH HER BROTHER. HER BROTHER, MY SON IS IN THE 3RD GRADE AND ATENDS THE SAME ELEMENTARY SCHOOL. MY SON HELD THE BUS FOR 10 MIUNTES LOOKING FOR HIS SISTER TO NO AVAIL. SHE WAS PLACED ON THE BUS THAT RETURNED CHILDREN TO THE DAY CARE. NEEDLESS TO SAY MY SON WAS UPSET, MY DAUGHTER WAS UPSET AND I WAS ALSO. I LOCATED HER AT THE DAY CARE, LEFT WORK EARLY TO PICK HER UP AND RETURNED HOME TO COMFORT HER AND MY SON. THE FOLLOWING DAY THE BUS PICKED MY DAUGHTER UP FROM DAY CARE, DROPPED OF OTHER CHILDREN AT THE ELEMENTARY SCHOOL AND LEFT MY DAUGHTER ON THE BUS, THE DRIVER DID NOT NOTICE THAT SHE WAS SLEEP ON THE BUS. THE DRIVER PROCEEDED TO PARK THE BUS AT ANOTHER LOCATION AWAY FROM THE ELEMENTARY SCHOOL AND GOT OFF THE BUS LEAVING MY CHILD ON THE BUS. MY CHILD AWOKE TO FIND NO ONE ON THE BUS AND AT A STRANGE LOCATION. SHE GOT OFF THE BUS AS SHE SAID"IT WWAS GETTING TOO HOT AND NO ONE WAS COMING TO GET HER". SHE WONDERED AROUND THE PARKING LOT AT THE MIDDLE SCHOOL WHERE THE BUS WAS PARKED, AND WENT TO A SEC WHO HAPPENED TO BE LEAVING FOR LUNCH AROUND 1:00 PM PLEASE NOTE SHE WAS TO BE IN SCHOOL AT NOON AT THE ELEMENTARY SCHOOL. SHE IS DEVASTED REFUSES TO GET BACK ON A BUS AND I AM APPAULED OUTRAGED AND VERY DISTRESSED ABOUT THIS OCCURANCE. PLEASE ADVISE OF WHT CONSEQUENCES SHOULD OCCUR, WHAT RECOURSES AND COMPENSATION ARE TO MY AVAIL , HOW I CAN BE ASSURED THIS WILL NOT OCCUR AGAIN AND . *AK
