ADDITIONALLY, THE HARD SHIFT CONDITION SEEMS TO BE MORE PREVALENT WHEN THE ACCELERATION OCCURS WHILE TURNING RIGHT. I HAD MY VEHICLE SERVICED AT MY LOCAL CHRYSLER DEALER (NORTHTOWN CHRYSLER DODGE JEEP RAM) WHO (1) REPROGRAMMED THE TRANSMISSION CONTROL MODULE AND (2) PERFORMED A QUICK LEARN ON THE TRANSMISSION. THIS IS CONSISTENT WITH CHRYSLER'S SERVICE RECOMMENDATION UNDER THE ABOVE MENTIONED CASE NUMBER FOR THIS CONDITION. HOWEVER, CHRYSLER INDICATES THAT THIS SERVICE MAY NOT FULLY RESOLVE THE ISSUE AND ANOTHER QUICK LEARN MAY BE REQUIRED IN THE FUTURE. MY CONCERN IS TWO-FOLD.
