PROCeDURE
1.1.

Open the rear battery access door and turn the battery disconnect switch to the off position.

1.2.

Open the rear I.B. box access door.

1.3.

Assemble the socket relay 6992602 on support N72875 using screw N34356, washer N11092 and locknut
N16455. See Figure 1.

1.4.

Connect wire 99-372/RED, 99-373/BLK, 99-374/RED and 99-375/RED in the socket relay 6992602. See
Figure 1 for wire position.

1.5.

Fix support of socket relay assembly to the I.B. box panel using the terminal block retaining screw. See Figure 2.

1.6.

Install circuit breaker N11690-10 in position L of the breaker receptacle track. See Figure 2.

1.7.

Install terminal block N11542 in position S of the terminal block track. See Figure 2.

1.8.

Install relay N11613 on the socket relay previously installed. See Figure 2.

1.9.

Install sticker N25442-560 (IB-TB99AS1) on top of original sticker IB-TB99AR1. See Figure 2.

1.10.

Install sticker N25442-549 (IB-RL99AA1) on the I.B. box panel above the new relay. See Figure 2.

Route and connect all the wires, previously connected to the socket relay, as identifed in Figure 3.

1.12.

Disconnect connector IB-X6199A located in the lower section of the I.B. box compartment.

1.13.

Disconnect wire 99-232/red from position 13 in connector IB-X6199A. Cut terminal and install shrink tubing
to tapeback the wire.

1.14.

Connect wire 99-511/red in position 13 of connector IB-X6199A and reconnect connector IB-X6199A. See
Figure 3.

1.15.

Route wire 99-511/red to terminal block IB-TB99AS1 and connect the wire. See Figure 3.

1.16.

Close the rear I.B. box access door.

1.17.

Turn the battery disconnect switch to the on position and close the rear battery access door.
